My Weight Challenge

Ok, it’s time for me to get real about my weight and what I’m eating so for the next 30 days I want to challenge myself to make a few changes in my life and see what happens. My goal is to loose 15lbs which, to start, I think is a reasonable and attainable goal.  So if you want to do this with me my rules are simple and here they are..

1.  Post everything you eat and drink every day, for the next 30 days (even if you cheat).

2.  Post whether or not you did any exercise, what kind, and how long.

3.  Weigh yourself twice, the first weigh in on the first day and the second weigh in at the end of the 30 days.  (whether or not you post your weigh ins is optional).

4.  Have fun with this, don’t see it as a diet, let’s share our recipes and make it a fun journey.

 I will post my daily progress each evening with all of the info above.  The rest is up to you, you control what you eat and how you exercise.  Good Luck!
