Breakfast – Half a bagel and a banana
Lunch – Turkey & Cheese Sandwich
Dinner – Sirloin Tip, Mashed potatoes, and asparagus
Desert – Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich (they are soooo good yet so low in fat and calories).
I know I have to reduce my starches but I am such a bread, pasta, and potato lover, now if they made a diet that included all these and chocolate I’d be as thin as a rail..lol
