Hubby, Meggers and I headed over to my sister’s house for a yummy Sunday dinner prepared by my mum. It was such a lovely day that we got out the scooters, sidewalk chalk, the hose and sat out front watching the kids play.

Umm, I hate to break it to you kids… that tree is not gonna save you from the hose *grin*…

especially when Auntie Karen’s the one taking aim.

The kids took turns spraying each other and watering the neighbors plants.

My mum and one of my older nephews took a ride around the block on the bikes, while my sister tried to get on the rip stick and I rode the razor scooter. I wish I had a picture of Karen and the rip stick (notice I didn’t say Karen “on” the rip stick *grin*) it was hysterical, her oldest son made it look so easy?!
We ended the day, putting the kids in the pool with the hubby’s, and having a wee chat around the table while we watched them play.
Now to get those water wings off Meghan? Any suggestions? She can swim a little without them, but not quite enough yet. She’ll get there.
My favorite picture of the day was this one…

Oh, Meggers is so freaking cute! I wish we could get the water wings ON to Sprite since she loves to be in the water, but hates to be protected. Little dangerous one.

Well the sad thing is Meg’s little cousin (three) is swimming away, in the nude of course.

Great pics. I like that last one too! Makes me jealous as our weather turns to fall and temps drop (the bathing suits are all packed away until next year!).
