Okay so maybe not speechless, but what? how? this is just disturbing! Who and why would you let a two-year old hold a lit cigarette let alone smoke it?

Apparently this two-year old has a not one, but TWO pack a day habit? REALLY?

How does this happen?  I don’t think it’s cultural or a right of passage so what in the hell were these parents thinking?
