That’s right baby!  I’m back!  It’s been a while, but I feel the bloggy juices flowing and it’s time for us to catch up.  Did you miss me?  I sure missed you *give computer a wee hug*

First… I can’t believe I’ve gone a month without blogging!  I’ve been busy with school, which is coming along fabulously, and I’ve had a few computer troubles!

My trusty, old dinosaur of a computer, with a little poof of dust, took its final breath a few weeks back!  So… I had to bite the bullet or break the wallet depending on how you look at it, and go in search of a replacement. 

It didn’t take me very long to forget about the old and swoon over the new smaller… much, MUCH smaller computers!   Money exchanged hands and I now had what I believed to be a new, faster, slimmer version of my trusty, old computer.

Or so I thought…

Flash forward to finals week! 

I had two written posts, two papers, and two final exams  due when all of a sudden…

New, faster, slim computer decides not to turn on!

W-w-what?  Noooooooooooooooooooooooo…

We take it to the shop and find out it has to be sent away to replace the faulty power supply and motherboard? 

Seriously!

It’ll take two weeks!

 What?

In short… new computer gets to go on summer vacation!

Luckily!  Little mini Dell laptop saves the day, but isn’t the best computer to use while writing an essay on account of its teeny, weeny screen!

Thankfully I made it through finals week and am now enjoying the rest of the summer with hubby, Meg and family. 

I picked up newer, slimmer, faster computer last night with the hopes she’d enjoyed her mini summer vacay and will be ready to get back to work when classes start up again in August!
