Meg was nervous going back to school and in the car I could hear here taking deep breaths!
Second Grade!
Wow, where does the time go?
Once in her classroom she realised there were lots of kids she knew and I could see her start to relax, so I gave her a quick kiss and headed off to meet up with my sister and some friends for a Boo Hoo Breakfast!
I thought I’d be an old pro at this by now, but I could still feel my throat tighten as I fought back a few tears. I love her so much and I’m so proud of her.
She did have me giggling while trying to perfect her smile in this picture!

What a sweetie. I get a teensy bit teary eyed, just from sentimentality. I sent two of my three off to school this year. (Must be time to have another baby! LOL)
