Don’t Stop Me Now… I’m Star Struck!

So, I’ve had Queen’s Don’t Stop Me Now stuck in my head all week!  Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love it, I mean who doesn’t love a good Freddy Mercury song?

However, it’s turned me into a bit of a broadway wanna be!

I’ve been prancing around in front of hubby doing parts of Beyonce’s Single Ladies dance to it, you know the part where she looks like she’s punching the floor?  Then to make matters worse when the song says “traveling at the speed of light” I’ve put my hands on either side of hubby’s head and moved them back and forth really fast to try to make him look as though he’s moving really fast.  I’ve even enlisted Meggers to help me with it!

 I have no shame!

On twitter it sparked a long conversation about awesome Queen songs with a friend of mine, John aka @jdugald (you should follow him! Such a sweetie!), who not only share’s my passion for a good Queen song, but who is also a fan of Zachary Levi!

You know…

Zachary Levi aka Chuck Bartowski from the TV series Chuck?

Alvin and the Chipmunks The Squeakquel

Lent his voice to the ever popular game Halo and is currently the leading male in Disney’s new movie Tangled along side Mandy Moore?

Maybe this will help?

  I know! Cute right?!

But I digress…

So back to @jdugald and I talking about Queen…

We both follow @ZacharyLevi on twitter and decided to add him to our conversation by throwing out the question…

never in a million years thinking he’d respond as we’ve stalked asked him questions before to no avail.

Well this time he did…

John (@Jdugald) and I were so excited!

He’s one of those actors who gets me all giddy and star struck!

I know what you’re thinking!

My friends giggled at me when I bought the Nerd shirts for Meg and I…

and when I bought my Buy More mug!

They’ve ribbed me that it probably wasn’t actually Zachary Levi who tweeted at all and more likely his staff that responded!

You know what though?

I’m going to keep my giddy and believe that it was Mr. Levi (I’m sure @jdugald will agree)!

*Swooooooon*

So tell me…

Who gets you all giddy and star struck?  Have you ever received a tweet from one of your favorite celebrities?

Happy Music Monday!

PS Don’t forget November is National Epilepsy Awareness month, so make the promise and Talk About It!

  1. I love a celebrity reply/retweet, thanks for sharing! I’ve gotten them from Tracey Thorn, Charisma Carpenter, and my piece de resistance, Demi Moore. That one was blind luck and timing though.
