So last week my sister Karen over at If I Could Escape and my sister-in-law Denise over at Run DMT  started FFF (Friday Food Fight) for reasons you can read about by clicking HERE!

I have to be honest and say I didn’t eat a whole lot of exciting foods this week so I had to revert to an old post I thought would bring back mouth-watering memories for my sister.  She loves her some Mexican food and ’round these here parts hubby is famous for his Burittos as well as his Quesadillas!  So to add insult to injury, I dug up photos that were taken at my sister’s old house the first time she tried hubby’s Quesadillas!

Mmmmm first he loads them up with chicken and spinach…

then he adds a little cheese and brushes it with a special sauce.

I know you remember how good they smell when they’re cooking!

He plates them up with some sour cream, (sometimes homemade guacamole), and a balsamic mixture that’s to die for!

Ooo Kaz, did I mention your hubby’s coming over for dinner tonight? 

I’ll give you one guess at what we’re having? *Grin*
