Did you know this past Wednesday was Australia Day and a national holiday in Australia? 

 Neither did I?! 

I found out when an Australian friend of mine posted it on her facebook and then invited me over to enjoy Lamingtons with her and celebrate!  What is a Lamington?  If I’m being honest, I wasn’t sure and had to google it. 

Rather than explain it I’ll just show it to you…

It was definitely a yummy treat and ended up being a lovely afternoon!
