Every once in a while hubby will make one of his fan-dabby-docious fritatta’s on a Sunday morning!
” That’s why I’m easy… dun, dun, dun, dun… I’m easy like Sunday morning a yeah!”
I digress…
This past Sunday he made one with mushrooms, brocoli, potato and onions and it ROCKED!
Then, he added a little bacon on the side because everything’s better with bacon right? Right!

That does look delicious! My hubby loves fritatas and I have no idea how to make it. There’s a great little restaurant in our downtown that makes a terrific one and we like to go on Sunday mornings, too.
